A Glimpse into Our 2023 Decarbonisation Journey so far… from Seed to Farmgate

In July we welcomed a maiden voyage a global first of green technical fertiliser from Fertiberia into our Southampton facilities.

 Produced from green hydrogen, we are providing a sustainable alternative to traditional fertilisers derived from natural gas.

We stand side by side with farmers, growers and the wider food industry helping them to significantly reduce their carbon footprint while ensuring high crop yields alongside maintaining soil fertility supporting them to meet their sustainability goals.

As we continue to cultivate our sustainable vision, we've also empowered our seed plant processing with green energy. Here, the sun itself is our ally, as solar panels empower our operations with green energy to produce low carbon seed.

As processors and retailers actively pursue their net-zero goals, we are committed to supporting our growers/farmers to actively participate in this developing market by being agriculture’s link within a sustainable food industry.
