Feed Administration Assistant

Fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Feed team at Chichester, and provide a full administration support service as the central liaison point for our livestock, game and bird feed ranges. A busy role which is customer facing and sales focused, taking orders, processing, invoicing and monitoring stock levels are all core duties with some lone-working at times covering the desk. 

You will be keen to learn with a ‘can do’ attitude, be personable and have a confident, pleasant telephone manner. Organisation, quick responses to enquiries and good IT skills are also important. You will be comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook and our in-house computer system which manages stock and orders. Experience in an administration role and interest in animal nutrition would be preferable but we will provide full training.
