Early drilled crops of Winter Oil Seed Rape have been able to fight off the threats of flea beetle damage and have established well before the return of dry weather,  later drilled crops have not been so lucky.

Where it has been a wait and see policy before a residual herbicide has been applied, we have a new contact herbicide available this Autumn for control of some of those difficult weeds in Winter Oil Seed Rape.

Belkar (Halauxifen-methyl and picloram) will give excellent control of Cransbill, Poppy, Fumitory, Shepherds Purse and Cleavers. This is an exciting new addition to our Oil Seed rape herbicide armoury for the autumn.
